ORC2019 Sponsors

 

To register for ORC2019 you need to have a user account and then visit the registration page. If you do not already have an user account please create one. The password will be sent to you immediately by email and you can login and register. 

- Non-paid Early Registrations will automatically change into a Late Registration on August 1, 2019!
- All payments have to be made prior to the start of the conference. 

¹Those who register as an MSc or PhD student must send a copy of their student card as proof of their status, before the start of the conference to the conference secretariat at: info@orc2019.com.

 

²All attendees are invited to give a 10 minutes pitch on the Industry Day parallel on one of the conference days.

 

³Spouses can buy a voucher for the gala dinner of € 100,- per person. You can sign in on the registration form.

 

- 3 conference days (Fewer days of attendance does not result in a price reduction)

- Lunch on all three conference days
- Morning and afternoon refreshments during the breaks
- Pre-registration drinks on Sunday, September 8
- Welcome cocktail on Monday, September 9
- The gala dinner on Tuesday, September 10
- The farewell drinks on Wednesday, September 11 
  

• Cancellations made before July 15, 2019 will receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations made between July 15 and August 1, 2019 will receive a full refund minus € 120,- administration fee. 
• No refunds will be granted after August 1, 2019. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• Fewer days of attendance does not result in a price reduction
